Sagittarius Full Moon: The Archetype of the Jester and What We Believe

Hi Everyone,

There was a Sagittarius Full Moon earlier this morning, June 11th, at 3:44 AM EDT. For some of you, when you get this newsletter, it will be the day after the Full Moon.

There is an interesting interplay in the chart involving play, identity, perspective, and burden. The image below of Sisyphis is one that speaks to my Capricornian soul. It is the idea of engaging, over and over, in a pointless burden. Yet, somehow, we have come to believe we must do it and, perhaps, even come to believe in the honor of it.

While I didn’t talk about this idea explicitly in the video, I feel it relates to how we humans have organized our cultures - accepting that some people are destined to burdensome lives without considering the role of our beliefs and the corresponding structures we, the human collective, create from those.

My belief is that we will come out of this time willing and able to question our long-held assumptions and address these disparities.
