Popping in here to share a video from movesmethod. I’m not back to training in any official way, but love this philosophy and find the video inspiring. It’s geared towards people over 40. My thought: what if people under 40 trained this way? Would they have the physical aches and pains those over 40 (and even under 40) often have?
